AI Acceptable Use Policy

[ 1. Purpose This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of artificial intelligence features provided through Estate Scorer. Users agree to use Estate Scorer responsibly, lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of access. ________________________________________ 2. Permitted Uses Estate Scorer may be used for legitimate purposes including: • evaluating residential properties; • understanding home-buying considerations; • reviewing neighborhood information; • educational research; • financial planning support (non-professional); • comparing properties; • generating informational reports. Reports are intended to support—not replace—human judgment. ________________________________________ 3. Prohibited Uses Users may not use Estate Scorer for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: Illegal Activities • violating any law; • facilitating criminal conduct; • money laundering; • tax fraud; • mortgage fraud; • wire fraud; • identity theft. ________________________________________ Fair Housing Violations Users shall not use Estate Scorer to facilitate discrimination based on: • race; • color; • religion; • sex; • gender identity; • sexual orientation; • national origin; • disability; • familial status; • any other legally protected characteristic. ________________________________________ Fraudulent Transactions Users may not: • falsify reports; • manipulate report results; • submit false property information; • misrepresent ownership; • impersonate another person; • create fake accounts. ________________________________________ Security Abuse Users shall not: • probe infrastructure; • scan networks; • bypass authentication; • exploit vulnerabilities; • reverse engineer AI prompts; • extract proprietary prompts; • scrape proprietary datasets; • automate unauthorized access. ________________________________________ Harmful Content Users may not use Estate Scorer to generate or facilitate: • harassment; • threats; • hate speech; • unlawful discrimination; • malicious software; • phishing; • spam campaigns; • deceptive practices. ________________________________________ AI Abuse Users shall not attempt to: • manipulate AI models; • circumvent safety controls; • perform prompt injection attacks; • extract confidential system prompts; • interfere with AI safeguards; • intentionally overload AI infrastructure. ________________________________________ 4. Automated Use Automated access is prohibited unless expressly authorized. Examples include: • bots; • scraping tools; • crawlers; • automated report generation; • mass account creation; • API abuse. Future APIs, if offered, shall be governed by separate API Terms. ________________________________________ 5. Intellectual Property Users shall not use Estate Scorer outputs to: • build competing AI systems; • train machine learning models; • reproduce proprietary methodologies; • create competing scoring engines; • commercially redistribute Reports. ________________________________________ 6. Enforcement VIA BOCA LLC may investigate suspected violations. The Company may: • suspend accounts; • terminate subscriptions; • remove content; • block IP addresses; • refuse future service; • cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. ________________________________________ 7.
